    【大雨特報地區】新竹市、新竹縣、苗栗縣、台中市、彰化縣、南投縣、雲林縣、嘉義市、嘉義縣、台南市。氣象署指出,今(2)日白天各地為多雲的天氣,僅恆春半島偶有局部短暫陣雨,上午中部以北地區亦有零星短暫陣雨,午後西半部地區及東半部山區有局部短暫雷陣雨,並且要留意局部大雨及雷擊、強陣風等劇烈天氣現象,中午過後外出建議攜帶雨具備用,特別是山區降雨機率較高,前往山區活動也請注意天氣變化;溫度方面,各地高溫普遍為32至35度,南部近山區局部高溫可能來到36度左右,戶外活動請做好防曬並多補充水分。

    生活中心/綜合報導暑假期間、接連幾個颱風、重創中南部,導致今年文旦柚產量劇減,不過新北市八里不受風災影響,宣布文旦柚祭正式開跑,農業局表示,八里是全台第三大產地,9號開始將有一系列推廣活動登場,農會也喊話,今年的文旦柚,是三年來最好吃。吃文旦柚的季節又來了,新北八里柚農也準備了好吃的文旦柚,準備邀請民眾一起享受在地好滋味,產量也不受今年颱風影響。新北市八里區農會總幹事高金山說:「透過農友的訪談,大概只有零星落果應該是在個位數的趴數,大概3%至5%的落果而已,所以原則上我們的產量,目前預估起來,是跟往年是持平的。」剝開果皮,大口吃柚,八里文旦柚子,皮薄汁多、風味醇厚,而地形天候也讓它的口感。有別於其它產地柚子。

    新北市八里區農會總幹事高金山說:「果肉有一點Q彈、香氣非常濃郁,我預估這個大概有12.5度啦!一般文旦10度以上就不錯了,今年的品質大概是這三年裡面,今年應該是最好的。」和家事達人一起削柚子皮做成清潔劑,新北市農業局,宣布文旦柚季正式開跑,除了柚子皮用途多多,柚子醬也能入菜,柚香蜜汁豬排、柚香白斬雞和柚香和風帶子盤,都是大廚精心巧思。廚師黃順興說:「有那個柚子的香氣,排骨會特別的嫩,它不會酸,因為經過調配之後不會酸。」柚子造型搭配柚子舞蹈,小朋友笑咪咪一同推廣新北文旦柚季活動,除了食農教育,還有展售會重頭戲。

    新北市農業局長諶錫輝說:「20號跟21號兩天,特別在八里的永續環境教育中心前面,有40攤的展售會,不管是疊文旦、釣文旦,到現場當中的時候不管,可以買足、吃足、跟玩足。」當然文旦柚不只是商業活動,還能進一步結合教育、旅遊、餐飲等等產業,讓文旦柚不只是中秋應景水果,更成為串聯地方產業的重要符號。
